Orders & Personalization

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches or market weeks, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Can I customize my jewelry?

Yes. Many of our pieces are personalized with initials or meaningful details. Please double check spelling and selections before completing checkout, as personalized pieces cannot be changed once production begins.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update it. Please email us as soon as possible at [kallalillyinc@gmail.com]. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.

We currently ship across Canada. If you are located outside Canada or the USA. Please contact us before placing your order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location but typically take 3–9 business days after processing.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Jewelry Care

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Most Kalla Lilly pieces are made with gold PVD plated stainless steel, which is water safe and tarnish resistant. They are designed for everyday wear.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Our pieces are crafted for durability. While they are tarnish-resistant, proper care will extend their life. Avoid harsh chemicals and store them in a dry place when not in use.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our stainless steel base is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition.

Are personalized items returnable?

Due to the custom nature of personalized jewelry, these pieces are final sale unless there is a defect.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Yes. All Kalla Lilly pieces come beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.

Do you offer gift messages?

At this time, gift notes may be added at checkout. We will ensure it is included in your package.
