Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty*. If you experience any issues, we will repair or replace your jewelry within this period. To initiate a warranty claim, please send a mail to:

Please include your return address on the left side or inside the envelope. While we strive to return your repaired or replaced jewelry promptly, please note that all items are handcrafted by me, the sole artisan. Depending on the season and current online orders, the process may take up to 2 weeks before it's sent out and anywhere from 3 to 10 days to receive back by regular mail.
We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to working with all customers to ensure their satisfaction. As a small business, we are unable to accommodate refund requests. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
